• Booking: Appointments for services (including Glacial Skin Treatments, Facials, and LED Therapy) can be made via our online portal or by phone.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete any necessary intake forms.

• Health Disclosure: You agree to provide accurate information regarding skin conditions, allergies, or medical history to ensure your safety during treatments like Microdermabrasion or Body Waxing.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours.

• Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
